Method

We operate in a cyclical fashion on neutral ground and everyone has to be nice.
First,  we identified our strengths and our weaknesses. We  accepted that we were frayed and flawed and endeavored to surround ourselves with others that helped us to be a more perfect whole.

Second, keeping in mind that global problems are linked to local issues, we identified problems within the community and looked for a solution—a creative solution that could have a  much bigger impact globally.

Third, we identifed potential partners that needed to address an issue or fulfill their mission—preferably, non-traditional partners because these partners tend to be more open to new ideas.

Fourth, we worked together towards a resolution—realizing that the point we would end up, in all liklihood, would not be where we thought we would be in the first place.

Fifth, because of evolution, we started over and did it all over again, all the while pulling in what we learned in steps 1-4.

The result was organic and honest, resulting in seven unique villages. Some we had a hand in creating while others developed on their own and in some cases are still developing.
